Returns on Damaged or Incorrect Orders
I am committed to customer satisfaction. If your product(s) arrives damaged from my store, simply return within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. The unused item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Or if there are missing or incorrect items, please notify us and we will make it right!
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges for any other reasons. But we will ship the replacement product(s) back for free!
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Getting Your Refund -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Please note that it often takes five to seven days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. However, we strive to process refunds within 72 hours.
